My name is Alyssa Pond, and I am a Business Development Account Manager at Virginia Business Systems, stationed at our Lynchburg branch. My role involves connecting with a diverse array of clients and assisting them in finding tailored solutions for their businesses. I am privileged to work alongside a team of passionate individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is cultivating personal relationships with our clients and collaborating with them to overcome their business challenges. Whether it's recommending the best copier or setting up essential IT services, I take pride in finding solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and workflow.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities, particularly paddle boarding at Smith Mountain Lake, where I find relaxation and rejuvenation. I also have a passion for experimenting with new recipes and updating my home décor with each season. Most importantly, spending time with my two dogs, Lucy and Mia, brings me boundless joy and fulfillment.
