Hi, my name is Mike Molodow, and I am a Major Accounts Manager for Virginia Business Systems at the Hampton Roads branch. My focus is on developing and maintaining relationships with Enterprise, State, and Local Government customers in Hampton Roads.
What I like most about working for VBS is that it is a family-owned business that fosters a team environment and has been in this industry for 69 years. Unlike many of our larger competitors, we can quickly make local decisions that are in the best interests of our clients. These activities include managing the day-to-day customer relationships. Starting with your initial needs analysis, technical product consulting, project implementation and account management.
Lastly, I am our customer’s internal champion to assist in problem resolution. I have spent the last 29 years focused on helping customers solve document & workflow related problems for their organization. As a dedicated sales professional, I collaborate with end users & key stakeholders to better understand their unique requirements.
I live near the Chesapeake Bay and enjoy spending time with my family and friends when I am not at work. You may also catch me doing anything from playing “old man” soccer or tennis to riding my bike to a local eatery or to the beach to catch sunset.
