My name is Neil Anglen and I'm the Account Manager for Norfolk and Portsmouth based out of the Tidewater office, located in Chesapeake, VA. One of the best things about working in this branch is the team that I am a part of. From the service techs to the other sales reps, we all work hard and help each other out. On top of that, we get along well-- enjoying your co-workers is a huge factor in today's workplace.
I try to implement a combination of excellent customer service and with measurable data to show my clients how Virginia Business Systems can be an asset to their organization. Becoming a trusted advisor is my overall goal. While that might not be attainable for every client, I intend to break that threshold or get as close to a trusted advisor as possible.
In my down time, I enjoy the being in the outdoors, fishing, and hunting with my sons as much as I can. My wife and I enjoy going to concerts in town and listening to records while we're cooking. During baseball season, you can bet we are at the ballfields 4-5 days a week with our two boys, who both love sports.
