My name is Rick Lingon, and I am a Major Account Manager at VBS. I oversee important VITA accounts and work closely with VITA itself. Although I'm based in Richmond, VA, my account responsibilities extend across the entire VBS footprint.
Working at VBS has been incredibly fulfilling. Our team has an amazing camaraderie and genuine respect for each other, which is rare to find in a workplace. We all share a sense of unity and passion.
One of the best parts of my job is helping clients use document technology to improve their businesses. I collaborate with them daily, using the VBS sales process to create tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and our beloved dogs. Whether we're outdoors or simply enjoying life's small pleasures, I cherish every moment.
