Hi, my name is Wayne Lovingood, and I am a Service Supervisor and Production Print Specialist for Virginia Business Systems, located in Southwest Virginia. What I like most about working for VBS are opportunities to meet new people and the freedom that comes from servicing my own territory and covering for other technicians. I help customers by answering questions, making sure customers are happy with technicians, and following up on service calls. I also care for customers by calling them to follow up after service calls and responding to surveys to answer questions customers may have.
I love spending time with my wife and going on long road trips on my Harley Davidson, spending time with daughters (2) and my grand daughter Khloie, and playing with my great nieces. I also love playing my Dobro (Bluegrass music).
I’ve been doing this job since 1989, and I love working on copiers and office equipment.
