My primary focus is building strong relationships with clients, both new and established, while ensuring that we understand and address their needs. I believe in simplifying our clients' experiences, making it easy for them to see the value we bring through our local office in the Hollins area of Roanoke. By addressing concerns and communicating with transparency, I aim to make VBS a trusted partner for every client.
I’m committed to clear and proactive communication, working closely with VBS associates to find the best solutions and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way. I follow up diligently to see each concern through to resolution.
Outside of work, my family is my priority. I enjoy finding fun activities in the area to keep my three kids entertained, and when I get the chance, I love following my favorite sports teams.
